Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Aminia Madrasahtul Banat. We strive to maintain transparency in our payment and refund processes.

1. Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellation of admissions or services must be submitted in writing to the Madrasah office. Once an application is processed, the registration fee (if any) may be non-refundable as per management rules.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of the transaction. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Bank Account/Card/UPI) within 5-7 working days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that late fees, donation amounts, and certain administrative charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
